WrestleMania 28: Brock Lesnar's Presence Will Ruin the Rock vs. John Cena
With WrestleMania Sunday finally here, the biggest story of the weekend has been the speculation surrounding Brock Lesnar's potential return to the show and what role he will play.
The rumors picked up steam on Saturday, when Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported that Lesnar was in Miami and there was a story that the former WWE and UFC champion had agreed to a contract with the company, though Meltzer did say that was not confirmed.
"Brock Lesnar has arrived in Miami and arrived with security and a large group of people shielding him from everyone.
This is the going story, but not confirmed, that Lesnar has signed a one year deal and will work a more than Undertaker and less than Goldberg type of schedule.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
The most likely scenario would be Lesnar running in to cost The Rock—or, possibly, John Cena—the main event of the biggest show of the year.
As entertaining as it would be to have Lesnar back in WWE, there is a time and place to do it, and WrestleMania isn't it.
The match between Rock and Cena has been building for a year. WWE has promoted it as this once-in-a-lifetime battle that will have serious ramifications on the future of the business. All the fans tuning want to see a match where we figure out who the better man really is.
Bringing in Lesnar—or anyone else, for that matter—to create some kind of controversy is the last thing this match needs.
One big problem WWE has had for years is the constant reliance on false finishes and not being able to put one star over another because of the perception that it would lessen the loser's status instead of helping the winner.
Of all the matches to have a clear, decisive winner, the main event of WrestleMania, the biggest show of the year, with this battle that has been built up for 12 months, has to be the one to do it.
Fans are smart enough to figure out that it would merely be a cop-out to prevent either Rock or Cena from going over the other clean instead of being a natural progression to the story, and then you alienate those fans who wanted to see a clear winner.
Bring Lesnar back on Raw the next night to challenge whoever he wants to fight at WrestleMania 29, but don't do it on Sunday night just to dominate the social media world. That is a slap in the face to the fans.
