World Football Gossip Roundup: Suarez, Odemwingie, Cole, Hulk, Rangers, Fowler
Luis Suarez to PSG?
1 of 11According to Mirror Football, Paris St. Germain's billionaire backer Nasser Al-Khelaifi covets Liverpool's controversial Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez.
The tabloid writes: "The French club's Qatari owner has promised similar investment EVERY year until they are the biggest club in Europe."
Al-Khelaifi is the chairman of Qatari Sports Investment. According to Mirror Football, he said PSG are planning an outlay of €100 million per year over the next "five or six years."
Suarez, 25, arrived at Liverpool from Ajax during the 2011 winter transfer window. He has scored 26 times in 52 appearances for Uruguay.
Peter Odemwingie to Arsenal?
2 of 11According to The Sun, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is planning a summer swoop for West Brom's Peter Odemwingie.

'Arry Not for Chelsea
3 of 11Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp is the odds-on favorite for the vacant England job. However, he has ruled himself out of the running for the Chelsea post most recently held by Andre Villas-Boas.
"It would be difficult. I wouldn't be able to come back to north London," he said. "So no, I will pass on that one."
Redknapp, 65, took over at Tottenham in 2008.
Ashley Cole to AC Milan
4 of 11This one sounds just crazy enough to be true.
According to TalkSport, which cites an Italian TV report, AC Milan are interested in signing Ashley Cole for about £10 million this summer.
Cole, 31, has a contract until the end of next season, but has not received an offer for an extension.
Anyone who saw Milan's fullbacks play against Arsenal on Tuesday knows Cole would be an upgrade.
Hatem Ben Arfa Says Silly Things
5 of 11Say this for Newcastle midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa: He aims high.
According to Mirror Football, Ben Arfa, 24, wants to be like Manchester United legend Eric Cantona.
"“For sure, I would like to conquer England like Cantona did,” he said.
“I see my ambitions the same now as at the start - to become one of the best. Of course I have lost a bit of time in my career, but, in my life, I have the impression I have gained some.
“Really, it is a shame that a career cannot be made between 24 and 40 years old because then I would have more chance.
"But let’s see in three or four years. Then, I see myself at the top, winning for example the World Cup in Brazil or the Ballon D’Or. Because I still have lots of dreams.”
"
Of course, as a high school kid, I wanted to conquer music like David Howell Evans did. And that turned out well.
Hulk Likes Barca and Real
6 of 11Here's some bad news for Chelsea and Manchester City, both of whom have been linked with Brazilian winger/striker Hulk.
According to TalkSport, the Porto star told a Portuguese newspaper that he likes both Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Psst, Hulk. You can't like both, buddy.
Loyalty Is Spelled M-O-N-E-Y
7 of 11If this Mail Online article is correct, Tottenham Hotspur have the right idea in mind for keeping Croatian midfielder Luka Modric at White Hart Lane.
Don't try an appeal to loyalty—unless that appeal includes 3.5 million smackeroos.
I'd stay loyal to nearly anything for that kind of money.
What's Up with Rangers?
8 of 11The latest news in the Rangers administration debacle is not good.
According to Rangers director Dave King, who is quoted in several sources including Mirror Football, the club will be liquidated. King called the move "inevitable."
Elsewhere, reports have suggested that voluntary wage cuts for players will ease Rangers' debts somewhat.
Sad days for Rangers and Scottish football.
What's Up with Robbie Fowler?
9 of 11If you're like me, you've been wondering for at least the last 10 minutes what 36-year-old Robbie Fowler is up to these days.
Wonder no more.
According to the Mail Online, the former Liverpool star has failed to agree on a deal with Blackpool and is now "considering his next move."
Hull, Doncaster and Burnley are all reportedly interested.
Pogba on His Way Out?
10 of 11According to the Mail Online, Manchester United's teen starlet Paul Pogba has already agreed terms with Juventus.
Pogba, 18, reportedly would earn £20,000 per week. The French midfielder's agent reportedly took in £1.7 million in the deal.
Is it true? We'll find out soon enough.
Update: Apparently it is true.
