Will A WrestleMania Opponent for Beth Phoenix Emerge?
The last time a women’s title was on the line at WrestleMania was WrestleMania 23 when Melina successfully defended her Women’s Championship against Ashley Massaro.
Since then, the women of WWE in have competed multi-Diva tag matches and even a battle royal that was won by Santino Marella.
Since becoming champion, Beth Phoenix has defeated every woman on the active roster at least once and she is left with no one else to face.
Will the champion be involved the same 10-Diva tag match we’ve already seen twice this year?
Will a returning Diva challenge Beth for the title?
Is it possible that the division has fallen so far that they won’t be featured on the card?
Who Will Be the Next Inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame?
The 2012 class of the WWE Hall of Fame is shaping up to be a great one!
First announced was Mexican wrestling legend Mil Mascaras, who was the first masked wrestler ever to compete at Madison Square Garden.
From there, Edge, the legendary Four Horsemen and Ron Simmons were announced as inductees.
Boxing legend Mike Tyson will also be this year’s celebrity member, giving the fans five inductees, nine if you count the five members of the Horsemen.
There are many wrestlers from WWE’s past who are yet to be inducted and who are quite deserving.
Will WWE announce the next inductee? If so, who will it be?
What’s Next in the Battle for Sole General Manager?
At the Elimination Chamber, John Laurinaitis announced that he was putting his name in the hat to become the sole general manager to be in charge of both Raw and SmackDown.
Last week on Raw, SmackDown’s general manager Teddy Long appeared and the two men in charge began their battle for power.
Teddy actually shared Laurinaitis’ thoughts on a sole general manager. He just didn’t think that it should be up to the board of directors like Johnny Ace wanted.
He thought that the WWE Universe should decide their fate.
Later on in the night, Laurinaitis’ sidekick David Otunga took on Teddy Long’s handpicked opponent, Ezekiel Jackson.
The lawyer from Harvard picked up a surprise victory, much to the dismay of Teddy Long.
On Friday’s SmackDown, Mr. Excitement showed up on Teddy’s show and the two continued their feud in the main event.
After Laurinaitis screwed CM Punk out of a victory, and Teddy screwed Daniel Bryan out of one, the two wrestlers finally ended the match with a double-pin.
The Raw general manager declared Bryan the winner while SmackDown’s GM declared Punk the victor. Could a rematch happen on the flagship show of the WWE?
Will Teddy Long appear on Raw to screw with John Laurinaitis or will Laurinaitis have a surprise for the long-time SmackDown general manager?
Hell in a Cell is Set for WrestleMania: What Does the Undertaker Have in Store for Triple H Now?
The last time Hell in a Cell was at WrestleMania was 13 years ago. Satan’s Structure is now returning, and it will feature the two final main event stars left from the Attitude Era.
Despite the Undertaker defeating Triple H last year, it was the Game who was the last man standing. The Deadman disappeared for almost a year and made his WWE return the night after the Royal Rumble.
He made his intentions very clear; he wanted Triple H again at WrestleMania.
After initially saying “no,” Triple H was finally coaxed into the match. He had one condition, though, and that was to truly end the era.
He wanted Hell in a Cell, and the Undertaker accepted!
The Phenom has been playing mind games with Triple H for weeks; will the Undertaker continue to play those games with the Cerebral Assassin?
The War for Best in the World Will Happen at WrestleMania: What’s Next for CM Punk and Chris Jericho?
When Chris Jericho returned to the WWE last month, everyone expected him to address CM Punk. He was instead silent and he stayed that way for almost a month.
When the Royal Rumble hit, Jericho was a clear favorite but he lost the match. The next night he attacked Punk and the gears began to turn.
Jericho declared that everyone were Y2J wannabes and that Punk was the worst offender.
After being knocked out of the Elimination Chamber match, he would win a No. 1 contender’s battle royal thus setting CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania.
What will these two superstars who call themselves the “Best in the World” have in store for each other tonight?
The Rock Returns To Raw: What Does He Have to Say to John Cena?
About a year ago, the Rock made his triumphant return to the WWE. He was to host WrestleMania XXVII and he delivered a classic Rock promo.
His main target was John Cena, who has been very vocal about the People’s Champion in terms of leaving WWE to act in film.
If he can make movies and wrestle at the same time, then why can’t the Rock?
Well, the difference between them in terms of film is that the Rock works on big-budget movies that takes months to shoot and that millions of people see, while Cena works on movies that take little time to make and that nobody sees.
Either way, the Rock was targeting the new face of the WWE and Cena was glad to repay the favor.
They have exchanged insults for the past year and even teamed up at Survivor Series to defeat the Awesome Truth.
Last week on Raw, Cena had the same old thing to say about the Rock and now the Most Electrifying Man in Entertainment will respond.
Will the Rock have the same old insults, or will he have something new to say?
With WrestleMania XXVIII just five weeks away, things should certainly be heating up!
Tune in to find out what happens!
