WWE Elimination Chamber: Are PPV Cards Becoming Too Weak?
Tomorrow's Elimination Chamber has three big matches with some serious storyline development behind them as well as a Divas Title match between Beth Phoenix and Tamina Snuka which has been building for several weeks now.
Kane and Cena have been feuding since December of last year, and the ambulance match tomorrow night should cap off the feud so Cena can focus on his big match with The Rock at WrestleMania 28.
The SmackDown chamber match features Big Show and Daniel Bryan who have been embroiled in a bitter rivalry over the World title.

The Raw Chamber match features six of Raw's best competitors going after the WWE title CM Punk currently holds.
This is four matches which are supposed to sell the show, and while the number of superstars involved is 16 between the matches, having only four advertised bouts feels weak to sell a PPV.
The Rumble had the same issue. WWE added two more matches to the show, but going into the evening, we knew of only four matches, including the Rumble itself.
WrestleMania already has two matches seemingly set in stone and another three which we know will happen, just not who the competitors are.
Undertaker is most likely facing Triple H, the Rock and John Cena are facing off, The Money in the Bank ladder match is making as return and we will definitely have a World title and WWE title match.
That is already more than the show we have tomorrow night, and while being the biggest night of the WWE year warrants some advanced planning, it does not mean the shows leading up to it should be ignored.
Jack Swagger is the US Champion, but we haven't seen much of him since Cena beat him down on Raw after he beat Ryder for the US title.
WWE could have been building a feud between Swagger and any number of WWE superstars who would love to have a match on a PPV card.
The tag team titles could also be up for grabs, but having a pre-planned match would have given us something to look forward to; instead, we will get something thrown together at the last second.
Ted DiBiase and Hunico have been trading wins and losses and they easily could haver had a big stipulation match to cap off the feud tomorrow night, but instead WWE seems happy to rely on four matches to sell the card, and frankly it is rare to see anyone say they bought a PPV because of the Divas match.
PPV events used to happen only four time each year, so there was more build up and anticipation but nowadays, it feels as if most cards are thrown together just to have something to fill a PPV timeslot.
If it wasn't for the fact that I write here, I probably would never buy anything but WrestleMania, and certainly not a card with only four advertised matches, one of which will probably be over in less time than it takes Undertaker to make his entrance.
What do you think, are most PPV cards too thin these days?
