WWE Elimination Chamber 2012: Superstars Who Don't Belong in Chamber Matches
Every year at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, there are a couple superstars who force you to channel your inner Miz and ask, "Really?" Since they don't have any chance of actually winning the match, there's no reason to have them get involved.
With that in mind, here are this year's undeserving entrants.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
It was a major surprise when Khali returned at the Royal Rumble because he had been off television for so long. If he would have been future endeavored, not many members of the WWE Universe would have complained because few superstars are more boring than him.
He has virtually no agility, which causes his matches to move at a snail's pace, and even when he does make contact, it doesn't give off even an ounce of realism.
His sole purpose in the company is to appeal to international markets, but that shouldn't be enough to earn him a spot in the chamber.
Hopefully, he's eliminated early and doesn't appear anywhere near the main-event picture for a long time. There really isn't even any upside to get excited about for the future. The less time fans have to watch him, the better the product will be.
Santino Marella
Unlike Khali, Santino actually serves a solid purpose. He plays his comedic relief role perfectly, especially since taking over as the assistant to the Smackdown general manager. His presence has definitely given the blue brand a boost in recent weeks.
That said, he doesn't belong in a match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Even though Randy Orton's injury obviously put the creative team in a tough spot, putting somebody who at least wrestles on a weekly basis—like Ted DiBiase—would have been a better choice.
Hopefully, the WWE runs an angle similar to No Way Out in 2009 when Edge attacked Kofi Kingston at the last minute to get a spot. It would be a perfect chance for Christian to return if his ankle injury has finally healed. He wouldn't win like his buddy Edge did, but he's still better than Santino.
Kofi Kingston
Kingston has been a superstar without a direction since his Air Boom partner Evan Bourne left him out to dry with his second wellness suspension. He doesn't have the mic skills to be a main-event talent, so it seems like they are simply rewarding him for staying out of trouble.
He would fit in more nicely battling Jack Swagger for the United States Championship until Zack Ryder is finished with his crazy storyline with Kane and John Cena.
Unfortunately, both mid-card belts have been buried beneath the WrestleMania build-up.
There is no doubting Kingston's likeability among the younger fans, and his in-ring work has improved quite a bit since he first arrived, but he still didn't earn a spot in the chamber. Hopefully, a clearer plan for him emerges after Sunday night that suits his talents.
