2012 NFL Free Agents: Vincent Jackson and Stars That Will Dominate on New Teams
The 2012 NFL free agent list is loaded with extremely talented players, but only a select few of them will be thriving with new teams next fall.
Changes happen every offseason, and while some of them don't work out, others end up being one of the greatest moves a franchise ever makes.
One player can often be the difference from an 8-8 team one season to a legitimate playoff contender the next, and since there are plenty of superb skill players to chose from this year, expect a few teams to make big splashes in an area they need it most.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
With that said, here are a few players certain to dominate on their new team.
Vincent Jackson, WR
According to Jason La Canfora from the NFL Network, the Chargers are not expected to bring back Jackson.
He cites teams like the Rams, Buccaneers and 49ers as potentially landing spots for Jackson, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him land with the Bears.
Wherever Jackson finds a new home, he's going to be very happy, and that will translate to great production on the football field.
Jackson wants to get paid the big bucks, and there will be a team in dire need of a playmaking wide receiver that pulls the trigger. The 6'5" deep threat is arguably the best free agent wide receiver on the market, and he's going to excel in 2012 no matter where he's playing.
Matt Flynn, QB
The best quarterback on the market right now, Flynn definitely has what it takes to be a starter in the NFL.
He's learned a lot during his time in Green Bay. Working with Aaron Rodgers has certainly helped him become a better player.
With his old offensive coordinator Joe Philbin taking the head coaching job with the Miami Dolphins, a team that really needs an upgrade at QB, I think Flynn is headed down south.
Sure, there have been rumors about Peyton Manning and the Dolphins, but because of the unknown about his health, Flynn is a safer bet.
Even if he doesn't land with the Dolphins, Flynn is going to be a rising star in the league, and whichever team picks him up will be glad they did. Flynn has a great arm and stellar vision, which will help him succeed with a new team.
DeSean Jackson, WR
He wanted a contract extension before the season, but things didn't work out with the Eagles.
Given his lack of production this past season compared to previous years, plus his poor attitude and even worse ego, the Eagles are better off parting ways with Jackson.
In fact, those reasons will hurt his chances to land with other teams. Jackson wants top dollar, but he won't be getting it this year because of his antics.
This is exactly why I believe he'll blow everyone away this coming season wherever he ends up. Taking a one-year deal is his best bet, and then paying out of his mind in a contract season will do wonders for him next year.
