Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Patriots RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis Will Top 100 Yards
Rightfully so, the QBs are getting all the hype leading up to this game. However, there is one RB that is going to prove he was not getting nearly enough hype.
Look for the Patriots to go to the running game more than expected in this one. This will allow them to help control the ball, keep their defense fresh and attack the Giants defensive line at its weakest point.
New York's line is full of pass-rushers. This leaves them vulnerable to teams determined to pound the run. In the NFC Championship Game, the 49ers gashed the Giants for 150 yards at 5.4 yards per carry.
The first time these two met, Green-Ellis finished with just 52 yards, but that was on 12 carries. Look for him to get more action in this one.
Prediction: 23 carries, 109 yards, one TD
Giants Win With Late Drive
Despite the Patriots success on the ground, they will not be able to pull out a victory. The Giants will take control of this game in the fourth quarter.
At some point, this one is going to come down to a battle of the passing games, and that is where the Giants will win it.
They will be able to generate a drive-killing sack with their elite pass rushing defensive linemen, and that will leave them to go to work with their elite receivers on the Patriots weak secondary.
This will lead to a go-ahead touchdown with time running down in the fourth.
Prediction: Giants 31, Patriots 27
Giants WR Victor Cruz Will Be MVP
Cruz is going to cap off his phenomenal season by salsa dancing his way to the MVP award.
Cruz is going to be a favorite target, and he should be wide open often. He excels in the slot, and New England has struggled stopping that position.
They have been using their WR Julian Edelman to guard slot receivers, and he is no match for the explosive Cruz.
Cruz will also be able to find success when he is lined up outside, and his speed against the Patriots slower safeties will lead to a huge play.
Prediction: eight catches, 141 yards, two TDs
