Dorial Green-Beckham and the Other Top Uncommitted Recruits at Every Position

Danny FlynnJun 7, 2018

As we continue to count down the final few days until National Signing Day, the recruiting rumors and chatter have picked up, as everyone continues to speculate about where many of the nation's top prospects will sign.

Many big-name recruits already have announced their decisions and committed to a school, but there are plenty of highly touted players who still remain undecided.

Here's a look at the top uncommitted recruits at every position.

QB Devin Fuller (Old Tappan HS, NJ)

1 of 8

Devin Fuller, who played for Old Tappan high school in New Jersey, is one of the fastest and most athletic recruits in the 2012 class. His game-breaking speed will be a valuable addition to any offense, whether he ends up playing quarterback, running back or wide receiver.

Fuller would be a perfect fit for the spread offense that Rich Rodriguez is installing at Arizona, but the four-star recruit is also considering schools such as Nebraska, Rutgers, TCU and UCLA.

RB D.J. Foster (Saguaro HS, Arizona)

2 of 8

Arizona is one of the most underrated states in terms of producing Division I football talent, and this year, you're not going to find many better prospects in the state than RB D.J. Foster out of Saguaro high school.

He has the speed and explosion to make a home-run play happen on every carry, and the 5'11'', 185-pound, four-star prospect put together quite a highlight-reel during his high school days.

USC and Arizona State are the schools that are high on Foster's wish list. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up.

WR Dorial Green-Beckham (Hillcrest HS, Missouri)

3 of 8

Dorial Green-Beckham is the type of receiver recruit who comes along every few years. The 6'6'', 220-pound physical specimen was just too big, too fast and too talented for the competition that he faced in high school.

This five-star prospect has the type of natural ability to become an instant impact player in college.

Green-Beckham may be one of the biggest stars of the 2012 class, but he's also been one of the biggest enigmas, as he's remained surprisingly tight-lipped about his future.

The blue-chip receiver has made it known that he's considering schools such as Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. But while Arkansas and Missouri are believed to be his two favorites, he hasn't given any indication of where he's leaning just yet.

TE J.P. Holtz (Shaler Area HS, Pennsylvania)

4 of 8

You won't find many tight-end recruits in this year's class that are as athletic and as physical as J.P. Holtz.

The 6'4'', 240-pound Holtz was a standout as both a tight end and a linebacker at Pennsylvania's Shaler Area high school.

The four-star prospect has received a ton of interest and offers from Big Ten schools, but he's reportedly narrowed his choices to Michigan State, Pittsburgh and Purdue.

OL Arik Armstead (Pleasant Grove HS, California)

5 of 8

It's been a long and strange recruiting journey for Arik Armstead, who de-committed from USC back in October. But it's one that will end on National Signing Day, the day he's set to make his announcement.

Armstead, who has the versatility to play either offensive tackle or defensive end in college, is expected to end up at either Auburn or Notre Dame. But schools like Alabama, Cal, Oregon, USC and Washington all could still be in the mix.

DL: Eddie Goldman (Friendship Collegiate Academy, Washington D.C.)

6 of 8

Not many recruits in the 2012 class are as intimidating as big defensive tackle Eddie Goldman.

The 6'4'', 310-pound monster was a dominant force in the middle of Friendship Collegiate Academy's defense this year. His combination of size, quickness and pure power has caught the attention of almost every major school in the country.

The five-star prospect is said to be choosing between Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida State and Miami, but he has yet to give a true indication of which school he's favoring.

LB Kwon Alexander (Oxford HS, Alabama)

7 of 8

Kwon Alexander may have torn his ACL early in his senior season, but the injury hasn't stopped some of the top programs in the country from continuing to recruit him.

Alexander is one of the most coveted linebacker recruits in the 2012 class, and it's likely that we'll see the four-star prospect making an impact somewhere in the SEC next season. He has narrowed his list to Alabama, Auburn and LSU.

If the 6'2'', 210-pound 'backer can return to full speed over the summer, he has a chance to make some noise in fall camp, wherever he ends up.

DB: Ronald Darby (Potomac Falls HS, Virginia)

8 of 8

For a while, it looked as if Ronald Darby, one of the fastest recruits in the country, would be the cornerback savior for Notre Dame. However, after de-committing from the Irish in early January, Darby is now considering schools such as Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Maryland and Notre Dame.

The 5'11'', 175-pound, four-star prospect is the type of defensive playmaker who should see the field early in his college career. He would provide an instant boost for whichever program ends up landing his services.
