The Packers also released a statement on Tuesday (via Yahoo!):
"“The Packers family was saddened to learn of the passing of Michael Philbin, son of offensive coordinator Joe Philbin,” general manager Ted Thompson said in a statement released by he club. “Our thoughts and prayers are with Joe, his wife, Diane, and the Philbin family as they cope with their loss. This is an emotional and difficult time for them, and we ask that everyone respect their privacy. All of us in the Packers family share in their grief.”

According to the police, Michael Philbin was visiting friends near the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh campus on Saturday night and became separated from the group. About 2:30 AM on Sunday morning, a security guard called police after seeing a man in a section of the river with thin ice calling for help.
Foul play is not suspected, and authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of death.
Mike McCarthy said that he and the Packers staff—who are preparing to play the New York Giants on Sunday—have made plans as a staff to handle the offensive game plan while Philbin remains away from the team.
""We're prepared to do whatever we need to do as a staff to make sure our team's ready to go," McCarthy said. "We'll be ready to go."
"
And Clay Matthews said Tuesday morning on "The Herd with Colin Cowherd" that the team will dedicate the game to the Philbin family.
""The Packer organization is truly a family-first environment," Matthews said. "We feel for the Philbin family. I think it goes without saying that this game, and how we approach it, and how we play, will definitely be dedicated to him. Hopefully we do it the right way."
