The previous rookie standard of 85 three-pointers was set by fellow No. 1 pick and Atlanta Dream guard Rhyne Howard in 2022.
Clark finished the victory with 19 points on 7-for-17 shooting. She went 3-for-12 from behind the arc and 2-for-2 from the foul line.
She also contributed five rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block while committing seven turnovers in the victory.
Her record-breaking night was enough to impress fans watching the Fever home game.
Clark has already set multiple other records this season, including the WNBA standard for assists in a single game with 19.
She has broken the rookie assists record, the rookie All-Star Game assists record and the rookie single-game three-pointers record.
Clark is also the first rookie in WNBA history to record a triple-double and to rack up career totals of 400 points, 100 rebounds and 150 assists.
On Wednesday she made yet more league history by becoming the fastest player to collect 500 points and 250 assists in her career.
With nine games left in the season, Clark is still within sight of multiple other rookie records (h/t The Athletic's Ben Pickman.) These include total points (744, set by Seimone Augustus in 2006) and point-assist double-doubles (11, set by Courtney Vandersloot in 2017.)
Clark's scoring on Wednesday was not the only part of her game that impressed fans as the rookie helped distribute the ball for the Fever.
Fans especially enjoyed watching Clark play with fellow All-Stars Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston.
Clark's playmaking and shooting led to some fans to begin predicting the Fever, which last qualified for the playoffs in 2016, could make a deep run behind their star rookie.
The Fever improve to a 15-16 record with the win, good for seventh in the WNBA.
If the team finishes the season among the top eight squads in the league, Clark will get the opportunity to continue setting WNBA rookie records in her debut postseason.
