Titles Most Likely to Change Hands at WWE Bash in Berlin 2024
When WWE arrives in Germany for Bash in Berlin on Saturday, the company's first pay-per-view and live-streaming event in the country, wrestling fans will be invested in which championships change hands.
On the surface, it looks like none of the major world titles will change hands, as neither the men's or women's divisions call for a title change this early into their storylines.
There are several secondary championships that could see a shocking turn of events, though.
Here are the titles most likely to be won or lost at Bash in Berlin.
WWE Women's Tag Team Championship
The only title change almost guaranteed to occur in Germany is Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill winning back the WWE women's tag team titles from The Unholy Union's Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn.
If the WWE Universe has learned anything about the company's international live events, it's that they are typically glorified house shows that feature mostly successful title defenses and a secondary belt changing hands.
With Gunther and Cody Rhodes almost guaranteed to win their respective matches—or at least walk out of Berlin with their championships—WWE will give Belair and Cargill the biggest moment in Germany.
While fans were desperate to see WWE Creative do something more with Fyre and Dawn during their reign, the stage has been set for the challengers to walk out of Saturday's event with gold around their waists.
World Tag Team Championship
Since The Judgment Day's Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh won the World Tag Team Championships at the end of June, their characters and belts have been used as fodder for the storyline involving Rhea Ripley, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan.
Instead of going through with the scheduled mixed tag team match between Priest and Ripley vs. Mysterio and Morgan, WWE should book the heels to weasel out of the bout due to a fake injury.
With The Terror Twins furious over the decision, Raw general manager Adam Pearce should force Bálor and McDonagh into an impromptu defense against Priest and Ripley.
In a short match that asserts the dominance of the menacing duo, The Terror Twins should win the tag team titles and continue their hunt for vengeance on Mysterio and Morgan, with Ripley eventually winning back her Women's World Championship.
