Odell Beckham Jr.'s Top Landing Spots After Mike Williams' Jets Contract in NFL FA
After the New York Jets reached a deal with former Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams on Tuesday, another potential landing spot for Odell Beckham Jr. is now off the board.
Beckham, who spent the 2023 season with the Baltimore Ravens, had been linked to the Jets because of his friendship with quarterback Aaron Rodgers, but it looks like he will be catching passes from someone else in 2024.
Let's take a look at some of Beckham's most intriguing remaining landing spots.
New Orleans Saints

They say there's no place like home, and a return to New Orleans could be exactly what Beckham needs as he enters his 11th year in the NFL.
The New Orleans Saints parted ways with star wideout Michael Thomas this offseason, committing to Chris Olave as the leading option in their passing attack. The Ohio State product has recorded over 1,000 yards in each of his first two seasons and is one of the best young receivers in the league.
While deep-ball specialist Rashid Shaheed is expected to see more action and former Miami Dolphins receiver Cedrick Wilson has been added to the mix, the Saints could still use a reliable No. 2 option on the outside.
Beckham would fit that mold, as he is still a dynamic route runner who can create separation and open up opportunities for those around him. The former LSU star would provide another veteran presence alongside quarterback Derek Carr as the Saints try to end a three-year playoff drought.
Los Angeles Chargers

In desperate need of salary cap relief, the Los Angeles Chargers had a firesale on offense this offseason.
In addition to releasing Williams and losing him to the open market, the Chargers traded longtime star Keenan Allen to the Chicago Bears and parted ways with star running back Austin Ekeler, who signed with the Washington Commanders.
While new head coach Jim Harbaugh is expected to implement a run-heavy offense in Los Angeles, Justin Herbert still needs a dependable option on the outside.
Joshua Palmer is the team's leading returning receiver with 581 yards in 2023, and last year's first-round pick Quentin Johnson is coming off a disappointing rookie season in which he posted just 431 yards and two touchdowns despite playing all 17 games.
Even if the Chargers use their No. 5 draft pick on a receiver, they could still use a proven veteran like Beckham to shore up their receiving corps.
Dallas Cowboys
3 of 3
The Dallas Cowboys have had a relatively quiet offseason with no major additions on either side of the ball.
Signing Beckham would make some noise that would appease a fan base desperate for any improvements, especially after team owner Jerry Jones' declaration that the Cowboys would be "all-in" during free agency.
Dallas surely has other positions to address across its roster, and with star wideout CeeDee Lamb and veteran Brandin Cooks in the fold, a receiver isn't necessarily a pressing need.
However, the Cowboys have a hole at their No. 3 receiver spot after releasing Michael Gallup. Beckham would be as good a No. 3 option as any in the NFL, and Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott would have no issues distributing the ball and keeping everyone happy.
It would take some getting used to seeing Beckham, who began his career with the New York Giants, wearing a star on his helmet, but the Cowboys are one of his best options this offseason.
