Win-Win WWE and AEW Trades to Bolster Both Rosters
The competition between Tony Khan's All Elite Wrestling and Triple H's WWE has divided the online wrestling community, but the actual on-screen product has never been better.
With that said, there are several names in AEW and WWE who would be better booked and pushed in the other company.
If the two promotions were able to put aside their differences, a series of trades could freshen up both rosters, just as moving talent from territory to territory did in the 1970s and 1980s.

Here are the best win-win trades from AEW and WWE heading into the winter.
Jade Cargill and The Baddies for Damage CTRL
At the root of any trade between AEW and WWE would be adding more larger-than-life characters to Triple H's side and better in-ring technicians to Khan's brand.
That's why a blockbuster deal switching Jade Cargill and The Baddies for Damage CTRL would work so well.
WWE is a legacy brand that is always looking to transcend wrestling into the mainstream.
Cargill already has the look and demeanor to be a megastar in the business and eventually in Hollywood. While her wrestling skills are still evolving, the 30-year-old would benefit from a short stint in NXT.
On the other hand, Khan would receive three bona fide stars in the ring with Bayley, Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai.
Triple H has misbooked the trio since their return at SummerSlam in July, and a fresh start in AEW would have them running roughshod over a women's division that needs more consistency.
With WWE getting a mainstream star in the making and AEW bolstering the in-ring prowess of its women's division, this trade is mutually beneficial to both companies and a win-win for fans.
FTR for The New Day
To most fans, AEW's FTR and WWE's The New Day are two of the best tag teams in recent history. With both having immense success but being mired in the middle of their respective cards, it's the perfect time for a change.
On one hand, FTR have dominated tag team wrestling in 2022 but have yet to find consistent television time. Instead of Khan running with the red-hot duo, they have been cast aside, holding tag team titles that fans can't watch them defend.
On the other, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are too talented to be a gatekeeper pairing making their way back and forth between the main roster and NXT to put over others.
In AEW, they would instantly be two of the most prolific members of the roster, earning TV time with their larger-than-life personalities and fighting for world titles against every team in the company.
In WWE, FTR would become true workhorses, challenging the top stars in the division and becoming the benchmark for professional tag team wrestling in the Triple H regime.
Both teams could use the change of scenery, and both companies would benefit greatly.
Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti for The Miz and Maryse
This trade is about a fresh start and white-hot heat.
The AEW fans have seemingly turned on Sammy Guevara and his wife, Tay Conti, in recent months, going from a perceived cornerstone of the company to a despicable heel with go-away heat. A fresh start under Triple H may be exactly what they need.
As for The Miz and Maryse, they have settled into a midcard role and look set to wallow there for the foreseeable future. In AEW, The A-Lister could join forces with Chris Jericho and highlight his sports-entertainment prowess.
With WWE adding talented in-ring performers to the men's and women's divisions and AEW giving itself more mainstream appeal by adding Miz and Maryse, this is the kind of win-win deal that would help the industry as a whole.
