The Steelers win their fifth in a row with a 28 -10 win on the road versus the Denver Broncos. Watch Broncos-Steelers Highlights , Monday night football game of the week was Broncos-Steelers, playing off 6-1 Denver Broncos against the 5-2 Pittsburgh Steelers.

As NFL Power Rankings Week 10 are finalized, In Denver, the game was taking place with the cold weather but Pittsburgh already used to that and only thing that they had was the altitude adjustment. It kept out one of Pittsburgh’s starters on defense and Steelers players changed that. That let Denver drive and score a field goal right out of the gate.

Actually, from that point, the game really turned into a defensive struggle and that was fate. For Pittsburgh to stop on the night, there were two blocks.

The first of those, came at the start of the second quarter, replacement for Ryan Clark who was sitting out and as Tyrone Carter picked off a pass by Kyle Orton, that tool it all the way back for a 48-yard touchdown.

For halftime, the score stagnated at 7-3 and it was quite clear that the defenses would control the game. At start of third quarter, Denver struck back when they scored their own defensive touch down on a 54-yard.

It was not until Pittsburgh’s self control that they scored the first offensive of the game. Despite of concentration on great passes in the game by Kyle Orton , the Pittsburgh really did well. They stopped nearly three of Kyle Orton’s passes and that absolutely shut down the attack of the Broncos by limiting them to only 27 yards on that game.

Broncos were able to fall 242 yards, adding in the 215 total passing yards. Ben Roethlisberger had a pretty game putting up 21 for 29 passing on 233 total yards and 3 passing touchdowns.

The big difference was, on 22 carries for 155 yards, Steelers had a running game working with Rashard Mendenhall tearing up the Broncos defense.

For a little while, Denver was able to hang with Steelers but in the end Pittsburgh proved to be great on Monday night which keeps them in a tie for first place in the AFC North.

This obviously drops Denver one game closer to the blotching San Diego Chargers. In fact, the fans of Denver Broncos are going to be having night mares about last NFL Season if they do not fix up the problems quickly.

But for Pittsburgh, they are firing on all ways and it looks like they are fighting for the Super Bowl champions again.
