Nolan Ryan, Should Have Gone In Hall As an Angel

LAS VEGAS, NV- My partner on the radio Phil Kohen and I love having these debates this time I picked one that is hands down a slap in the face for all Angels fans. Nolan Ryan who by all means and standards is a California Angels star for life, joining the Hall of fame with...A Texas Rangers hat on??? What gives Nolan?

Gene Autry loved Nolan but Nolan never let the free agent dealings go and took it personally because he got more money with Houston.

Player do get to choose which team they place on their bronze monument, Nolan picked the Rangers.

What happened to that one page good bye you put in the Orange County Register to Angels fans whom were so loyal to you and the career of your first four no hitters?

By all means and with great respect we saw you had a great career after you left with Houston and Texas but to not be an Angel in the hall of fame was wrong flat wrong Nolan. I say Nolans an Angels All Timer, Not a Rangers and really not an Astros or Mets all Timer. They all had a great part in his career but he was most effective as an Angel and most fans see him as...An Angel!
