Welcome to another edition of Arsenal FC Transfer News Update!

These articles are mainly a condensed version of all the biggest and latest transfer rumors and news surrounding a certain team. While it is mostly fact, I do on occasion add my opinion as to whether they should go through with the signing or steer clear.

With that said, I present to you the latest Arsenal transfer rumors.

Enjoy!

Thierry Henry

King Henry came back to the Emirates on loan this January. It was a marvelous event that excited Gooners everywhere. Yet it had to end. Henry is back in the MLS with the New York Red Bulls.

Yet this might not be the last time we see Henry at the Emirates.

Maybe not in a playing position, but Henry has said that he would love to manage Arsenal, once Wenger retires.

I know things did not go so well for Liverpool when they put a former star player at the helm, but who knows, maybe we have not seen the last of Henry's magic.

Yann M'Vila

While the rest of the Premier League fixates on Eden Hazard, Arsenal are focused on signing the other Ligue 1 playmaker, Yann M'Vila.

The French international seemed to have confirmed his move to the Emirates, but then said he would wait and take his time. Seeing as this is what most footballers do around transfer time, I do not expect he will confirm a move until after the Euros are over.

Yet is another midfielder really necessary? We already have several good mids that bolstering the roster like this simply does not seem like a good idea.

The Gunners should look more into the defense area of the transfer market considering how poor they looked in the final match against West Brom.

Johan Djourou

Arsenal defender, Johan Djourou, has been urged by the Swiss national team coach, Ottmar Hitzfeld, to leave the Gunners if he wants to be a first-team player for Switzerland.

Djourou has lacked decent playing time for Arsenal this year to Per Mertesacker, Laurent Koscielny and Thomas Vermaelen. Yet he has also sat on the bench during Swiss international matches due to a lack of appearances at practices.

Hitzfeld has told him he must leave North London to prepare for the 2014 World Cup qualifications.

This is bad news for Arsenal's defense. To lose defenders when that is the weakest part of the squad will hurt them beginning next season.

Clint Dempsey

The American that took the Premier League by storm.

Clint Dempsey has been linked to a Fulham exit this summer, after their ninth-place finish. While ninth is not bad, he wants Champions League.

Many clubs from around the world, including Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal, have shown interest in Dempsey. Yet considering he wants Champions League football, Liverpool may be out of the picture, leaving United and Arsenal to duke it out.

Arsenal lack scoring prowess. They have Robin van Persie, who scores goals, but what happens when he leaves? With all the speculation of RVP leaving, it would not hurt to have another rising player that can score. In all competitions, Dempsey scored 23 goals for Fulham last season.

Robin van Persie

More transfer talk surrounding Arsenal striker Robin van Persie.

Reports say Van Persie may be leaving after the Euros.

Arsenal executives fear that a move to reigning Premier League champions Manchester City could be in the cards. City could pay Van Persie upwards of £200,000 pounds a week and a £20 million offer.

It is not about the money, it is because he has not won any trophies, besides individual ones.

He is one of the best players in the world. If he does leave, hopefully it is to advance his career.

Hopefully it is not Manchester City.
