NFL Playoff Scenarios: 5 Matchups That Would Make for the Best Games
The following five matchups are the games we'd most like to see in the 2011 NFL playoffs:
Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Baltimore Ravens
There's been no better rivalry over the past five years than the Steelers and Ravens. What's more, it cranks up a notch when the two meet in the postseason, which has happened twice in the past three years.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Could the Ravens finally break through and beat the Steelers in January? They have already slayed the beast twice in 2011.
Dallas Cowboys vs. San Francisco 49ers
Not only would this be a flashback to the early 1990s—when these two teams battled year after year to be the NFC's rep in the Super Bowl—but it would also be a rematch of a Week 2 overtime thriller.
In that game, we saw Tony Romo come back into the contest with broken ribs and a punctured lung to lead the Cowboys to victory.
Green Bay Packers vs. New Orleans Saints
This matchup would be a rematch of arguably the best game of 2011, in which the Packers beat the Saints 42-34 to open the NFL season.
With the way these two teams have continued to play offense at a historic pace, another 40-something to 30-something game could be in order.
Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New England Patriots
This very well could be the eventual AFC Championship Game. No two teams from that conference have been better over the past decade, so it would only be fitting to pit New England against Pittsburgh for a trip to Super Bowl XLVI.
Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys
This game would take us back to the early 90s, a time in which the Cowboys routinely knocked the Packers out of the postseason. It would also be a flashback to the 1967 NFL Championship, one of the more historic games in NFL history and better known as the "Ice Bowl."
Could you really argue with a Packers-Cowboys NFC Championship Game at Lambeau Field?
