Week 15 Waiver Wire Pickups: Felix Jones and Potential Playoff Saviors
The waiver wire is a pretty lonely place at this point in the season.
With fantasy playoffs kicking off, you are who you are at this point—unless, of course, you were a DeMarco Murray or Greg Jennings owner. After watching both studs go down on Sunday, it opens up roster spots for these three players that are fresh and ready to deliver in the most important time of the year:
Felix Jones, RB, Dallas Cowboys

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Jones was originally the starter before injuries of his own gave Murray the opportunity to shine. It looks like he is trying to make up for lost time judging by the 137 yards from scrimmage on 22 touches Sunday night.
The Cowboys realized that a balanced offense is the key to limiting Tony Romo turnovers, and expect Jones to get at least 20 touches in the final three weeks of the season.
Start him right away too, with the horrific Tampa Bay Buccaneers up next.
Titus Young, WR, Detroit Lions
Calvin Johnson has turned into a high-priced decoy, as defenses do everything in their power to ensure Megatron doesn’t beat them. Around the red zone they literally place two defenders opposite of him and smother.
That’s great news for the other Lions receivers like Young, who is currently owned in only three percent of ESPN fantasy leagues. He led the team in targets last week against the Vikings with seven, and turned that into 87 yards and a touchdown.
Expect more of the same against a Raiders secondary that has been absolutely torched in the last two weeks as their lack of depth catches up to them.
Ryan Grant, RB, Green Bay Packers
Remember when he was an every-week play two years ago?
That may seem like decades ago but, once again, Grant is a viable fantasy option now that James Starks is out with an ankle injury. While it's not clear how severe the injury is, the Packers would be crazy to rush him back too early.
That means Grant, who ran for 85 yards and two TDs last week, will receive the bulk of the load for the remainder of the season.
While he doesn’t have the same explosiveness of years past, it’s all about the touches, and you can expect somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 on Sunday against a Chiefs team that just fired their head coach.
