With Monday night being the 2011 Slammy Awards, the WWE universe is preparing for one of the wildest shows the company will throw all year.
The celebration is for the annual awarding of the Slammys, and the show highlights the best the business had to offer over the last calendar year.
The following are some of the categories that will be awarded on Raw on Monday night, but expect a few more and tons of fun. I will also give you my winner because I’m sure WWE will screw it up.

Match of the Year
1 of 5As if there was any doubt, this is clearly the WWE title match at Money in the Bank after the contract dispute between CM Punk and the WWE. The match was amazing, and it was truly the culmination of an excellent shoot promo and is going to lead into an amazing run for Punk.
Winner: John Cena vs. CM Punk—MitB
Superstar of the Year
2 of 5The contestants this year are John Cena, Alberto Del Rio, CM Punk, Mark Henry, The Miz and Randy Orton. They will all be serious contenders for the award, but there is a clear winner: CM Punk. The stir he caused at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, and the subsequent storylines and title runs make him the best that 2011 had to offer
Winner: CM Punk
Tag Team of the Year
3 of 5This is a no-brainer. It was either Air Boom or Otunga and what's-his-face.
Winner: Air Boom
Pay-Per-View of the Year
4 of 5This show had two Money in the Bank ladder matches that showed who the WWE would push for the last six months: Christian vs. Randy Orton in a match where Christian won the World Title and the eventual WWE title match where CM Punk took the belt and ran out on the WWE.
Absolutely epic!
Winner: Money in the Bank
Breakout Star of the Year
5 of 5It was December 2010 when Daniel Bryan won the U.S. Title, but his reign ran into 2011, which is a great way to start the season. After losing the U.S. Title, Bryan won the Money in the Bank briefcase and has rode that momentum ever since. He has grown leaps and bounds on the mic, and the company is starting to show faith.
Winner: Daniel Bryan
