Erin Andrews: ESPN Reporter Suing Hotel and Stalker for Peephole Incident
Erin Andrews of ESPN wants to be sure that the people responsible for her unknowingly being videotaped nude in her hotel room pay for their actions.
Tim Ghianni of Reuters is reporting that Andrews has filed lawsuit totaling $10 million. She's looking for $6 million from Nashville's West End Marriott.

"According to the lawsuit, Andrews said the hotel was guilty of negligence for, among other things, allowing Barrett to know that Andrews was staying in the hotel and then allowing him to book a room next to her own. Andrews was in Nashville to cover a Vanderbilt University football game.
"
Andrews is reportedly also seeking $4 million from Michael Barrett of Chicago. He plead guilty to the incident in 2010.
Ghianni quoted Andrews as saying the following on the matter.
""I'm being victimized every day...and I did nothing to deserve it," Andrews said, adding the videos will likely always be on the Internet.
"
The West End Marriott didn't comment, saying the following.
""Unfortunately we do not comment on pending litigation," said Jeff Flaherty, Marriott's director of public relations.
"
According the Ghianni's report, Prosecutors are alleging that Barrett traveled to at least three cities and recorded Andrews through the different peepholes of hotel rooms, which is what he did with the video that was released.
Andrews has worked for ESPN since 2004. She hosts ESPN's College Gameday, and is a sideline reporter for different sports that the network covers.
Aside from her work for ESPN, Andrews also works as a correspondent for Good Morning America, and was on Dancing with the Stars. Both are ABC shows.
