Carlos Tevez: AC Milan a Poor Fit for Troubled Man City Forward
AC Milan and Manchester City forward Carlos Tevez have reportedly agreed on a contract, according to Fox Sports, but the Argentinian is a bad fit with the reigning Serie A champions.
The deal is not complete yet, City still must accept Milan's offer.
Milan already have several talented forwards who have played well for the club since last season. Robinho, Zlatan Ibrahimovich and Alexandre Pato are three really good goalscorers who can carry the club on any day.

Even with Antonio Cassano's absence because of heart surgery, Milan do not need another striker. What they have will carry them to a Serie A title this season.
The club needs a strong playmaker, a midfielder in the center of the pitch who can create scoring opportunities for the team with brilliant passing. Sort of like an Andrea Pirlo type of player.
One major reason he does not fit at Milan is the fact that Tevez cannot play in the Champions League for them this season.
The rule is if you play in the Champions League for one club, you cannot play in the competition for another if transferred in the middle of the campaign.
Milan can easily win the league without him, but the Champions League is one competition they could use Tevez in. Without his services in Europe, there is no point in making a deal for him.
Tevez has extraordinary talent, but he is often a distraction to the clubs he plays for. His differences with Sir Alex Ferguson led to his transfer from Manchester United to City in 2009.
His antics at City with manager Roberto Mancini have been well documented, and it's clear the two don't see eye-to-eye.
Milan must be aware that despite all the skills and goals he brings, there are faults to Tevez, and he can be a headache to his teammates and management.
Tevez could be a disaster in Milan if things do not go his way, and if he does not get the playing time he wants.
To Tevez's credit, he is taking a pay cut to join the Rossoneri, in a move that can maybe positively affect his career if he does well in Italy.
"''He's turning down a mountain of money,'' Galliani said. ''He had enormous incentives with City for the Premier League and Champions League. He's not playing, he's a great player and if he does well with us we'll exercise the option. Tevez wants to join us, half the deal is done. Now we're awaiting a response from City.''
"
Milan are playing with fire in trying to secure a deal for Tevez, and it's one that could blow up in their faces.
Without being able to use him in the Champions League, securing a permanent deal or even a loan for the troubled Manchester City forward is a poor move for Milan.
