Tim Tebow: Broncos QB Still a Joke Despite Impressive Record
Tim Tebow has led the Denver Broncos to an impressive 6-1 record since he took over the starting duties under center, but even with that fact staring at me straight in the face, I will still refuse to jump on the Tebow bandwagon.
I have a feeling I'm not the only person who feels that way.
I don't care about "Tebowing" or "Tebow-Time" or anything of the sort when it comes to judging the Broncos quarterback.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
I'm not in the business of being swept up by fads, one-hit wonders and yes, fools gold.
As real as the Broncos 6-1 hot streak under Tebow has been, it still eludes the reality of a football fan that can look at this situation with even a hint of common sense.
Anybody who has actually watched these games knows that the Broncos aren't winning because of Tebow.
Sure, he's the guy under center and that receives all the glory for the wins, but in reality, he's just a small piece of the Broncos puzzle during this winning streak.
Instead of heaping all of the attention on a quarterback who is becoming famous for managing a gimmicky offense, how about we start mentioning the real heroes of this Broncos team?
It's sad to say, but lost in all the hype and drama that Tebow creates is a young defense that is playing spectacular football, and it's all being led by a rookie.
Rookie linebacker Von Miller has been an absolute beast so far for the Broncos, and he's arguably a bigger part of the winning streak than Tebow is. In his past four games (he was inactive against the Vikings), he's racked up an impressive 31 tackles (24 solo) and 4.5 sacks.
He's dominated the line of scrimmage and caused all kinds of havoc for opposing offenses.
Tebow may have some "magical powers" that we don't know about, but he's certainly not playing defense.
Secondly, it's tough to look at the Broncos read-option offense without realizing that Tebow would be essentially rendered ineffective without the resurgent play of running back Willis McGahee.
McGahee has run for over 100 yards in each of the past two wins and tacked up a huge 24-yard touchdown against the Vikings that essentially put them in position to win the game.
Tebow may be the guy getting all the publicity, but a closer look at this team will show you that he's just a small part of the winning formula, and that's a joke.
Eventually, he will be figured by opposing defenses, and they will force him to stay in the pocket and confront his weaknesses.
While he did look good against a lowly Vikings defense, completing 10-of-15 for 202 yards and two touchdowns, that formula is not going to stand up for long, especially against higher caliber defenses.
It's been a good stint for Tebow, but I am still convinced that he is fools gold.
Excuse me for not jumping on the bandwagon.
