Terry Brown's AFC Wimbledon began the week with the first round replay of the 2011-12 FA Cup between AFC Wimbledon and Scunthorpe United.
"The boys took part in a bright training session this morning prior to leaving at lunchtime for Scunthorpe," Brown told the press on Monday. "Two players who weren't on the coach were Christian Jolley and Gareth Gwillim who are unavailable for selection. Christian has a slight hamstring pull and Gareth is suffering from a virus.
"Fortunately we still have a strong squad to choose from and we ran through our pattern of play prior to boarding the coach for Scunthorpe. The players have prepared themselves very well for what is an exciting opportunity to progress into the second round."
