Week 12 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Rashard Mendenhall and RBs You Must Start
The fantasy football regular seasons are starting to come to an end. Now is not the time to miss on a position as crucial to your fantasy football team as running back. That is why you have to start Pittsburgh Steelers' running back Rashard Mendenhall this week.
Yes, Mendenhall has been disappointing this year. However, this week Mendenhall has his best matchup of the year against the Kansas City Chiefs. This game against one of the worst rushing defenses in the NFL.
The Chiefs not only are giving up a disappointing 1,363 yards this year, but they are giving up on average 136 yards per game. These averages will help in Mendenhall get his second 100 yard rushing game of the year.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Plus, if you add in the fact that Steelers' quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is playing with a cracked thumb. The offense will be heavy on the run while trying to take the pressure off of Roethlisberger.
You have to start Mendenhall this week. However, you have to start Seattle Seahawks' Marshawn Lynch as well.
Lynch has been one of the better fantasy running backs over the last three weeks. In those three games, he has had games of 23, 32 and 27 attempts while gaining 135, 109 and 88 yards in those games and scoring a touchdown in each one.
This week against Washington, the Seahawks will exploit the Redskins' inability to stop the run. Washington comes into this game ranked 18th in stopping the run, as they are giving up 117 yards per game.
Start Mendenhall and Lynch plus Denver Broncos' running back Willis McGahee.
For starters, the Broncos are a run-first team. They will run the ball until they have no choice but to pass. This week against the 22nd ranked San Diego Chargers rushing defense, McGahee will have a huge game.
In fact, the last time he went up against this Chargers' defense, he only ran the ball 16 times, but still had 125 rushing yards. That was before the offense was a run-heavy offense.
This week you can expect McGahee to see his workload increase to 25-30 attempts with 140-160 rushing yards and he should find the end zone this time around. McGahee is one of the best running backs that you can play this week.
These three running backs all have teams that will look to run the ball before they pass this week. They will have huge games which will result in a big win for you.
