Titans vs. Falcons: 4 Halftime Adjustments for Tennessee
That was definitely not the first half effort Titans fans were looking for.
Poor execution, a turnover, and sloppy defense have all contributed to a 13-3 halftime deficit for Tennessee. Atlanta has not been perfect, though, and Tennessee can still pull this one off.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
1. Better Pass-Rush on Ryan – Tennessee can’t expect to force any turnovers without getting some pressure on Matt Ryan. He’s way too comfortable back there, and he’s been damn near perfect. Tennessee must find a way to get in the backfield to make plays, or it’s gonna be a long second half for the defense.
2. Get Creative with Chris Johnson – Atlanta has done a terrific job of bull-rushing straight through the middle of Tennessee’s line. As a result, CJ2K is getting consistently stuffed. Look for Tennessee to run some screens, delays, and maybe even some reverses for Johnson. They’ve got to get him involved somehow.
3. Cut Down Penalties – Six penalties for 55 yards doesn’t sound bad, but when you’re making all types of other mistakes, it hurts. Badly. Tennessee has to execute better. You can’t afford to give away yards when you’re up 13, so you sure as hell can’t afford to when you’re down 13.
4. Someone Step Up – It’s going to be awfully tough to win this game without a big play. And so far, they’re few and far between for Tennessee. Chris Johnson, Jared Cook, and Nate Washington have been way too quiet in this one. Somebody's gotta make a big play, or this one's over.
