Penn State Scandal: Interim Coach Tom Bradley Testified in Grand Jury Case
Penn State interim head coach Tom Bradley testified in the grand jury case against former PSU assistant coach Jerry Sandusky.
Sara Ganim of The Patriot-News reported that a "source close to the investigation confirmed Bradley did appear and testified in over the summer."
This news is a revelation because Bradley's testimony did not appear in the 23-page grand jury presentment.
Bradley became the Nittany Lions interim coach after former coach Joe Paterno was let go amid the fallout of the Sandusky scandal.
Sandusky faces 40 counts of sexually assaulting eight boys, some of which were on the PSU campus.
Bradley's knowledge, or lack thereof, will be of huge interest to the public. All eyes are on Penn State as they try to restore their integrity, and that public will not be thrilled to know that PSU hired another coach with knowledge of the situation.
This is not the only red flag concerning Bradley possibly being aware of what was going on. Ganim also reported that, "Bradley said that he did share a residence with assistant coach Mike McQueary around 2006 or 2007."
McQueary is one of the key players in the case. McQueary has admitted to seeing Sandusky sodomize a boy in the Penn State showers.
