Patriots vs. Jets: 3 Adjustments New England Should Make at Halftime
In a game where both teams have looked ugly on the offensive side, the New England Patriots are leading the New York Jets 13-9 heading into halftime.
Though the offense is finally starting to pick it up, the Pats have stayed afloat mainly through a dominant defensive showing.
Needless to say, there are several things they improve upon heading into the second half.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Tom Brady Needs to Play Like Tom Brady
Tom Brady hasn’t played his best football as of late, and it has carried over into today’s game against the Jets. Tommy Terrific has been abysmal passing in Jets territory, narrowly avoiding interceptions on the Pats’ first two drives.
Brady needs to unleash more of his signature bullet passes and limit risky lofts into the Jets’ secondary.
Involve the running backs
BenJarvus Green-Ellis was a force to be reckoned with in the first encounter between the two team, running for 136 yards and two touchdowns.
Tonight, the Pats have barely given him a chance to get going, as the starting running back has only a handful of carries and limited yardage to show.
Stevan Ridley has not done much better with his limited opportunities. With Brady looking off his game, it is essential that the run game get going and keep the Jets D guessing.
Find Wes Welker
Darrelle Revis is a force to be reckoned with in one-on-one coverage, and Wes Welker is finding that out first hand.
Regardless, Tom Brady’s number one target needs to get his hands on the football if the offense wants to be successful. One big pass to Welker might be the spark that gets the entire offense rolling.
