NFL Picks Week 10: Why Packers and Patriots Continue in Opposite Directions
Quick, name the two most popular teams in the NFL. No, not that one, or that one. Fine, it's the Packers and Patriots and they are currently diverging on the momentum path at the moment.
Week 10 will come to prove that the Green Bay Packers are still the best team around and the Patriots are on their way down.
It is an interesting exercise to write on these two teams because they are so similar. Both teams are lead by arguably the best quarterback in the league. The offenses are versatile and dangerous to other teams.

They also have their Kryptonite which lies in the secondary. They rank in the basement of teams that can stop the pass, but that has only prevented one of these teams from notching a perfect record.
After Week 10, we are guaranteed that one of these proud franchise will have to dig deep to figure out how to solve their qualms. The race for the playoffs heats up as one of the more intriguing franchises falters yet again.
Green Bay Packers
The Packers have the unenviable task of taking on the Minnesota Vikings, a team that gave them a scare in their first meeting.
The Packers don't resemble the perfect team their record would suggest, but they keep rolling. I simply can't discount the Packers offense from putting up a ton of points at home. The Vikings have no shot this Monday night.
Here is what scares me for the Patriots. The Jets have figured out their woes on offense and have proved able to stop a high-powered attack in the Buffalo Bills last weekend.
The Patriots, on the other hand, are struggling putting up the points like they were in the start of the season. I find it hard to believe they will figure it out against a very good defense in the Jets.
New England will be dealt their fourth loss which borders on disaster when you consider how tough the AFC East is shaping up to be.
