NFL Picks Week 9: Tampa Bay Buccaneers and More Underdogs Who'll Stun Favorites
The Saints walked into St. Louis a double-digit favorite and left a stunned loser. Nothing is worse than getting slapped in the face with an "L" by a team who didn't have a single win prior to the start of the game.
The moral of the story? Nobody is safe. There are a few favorites who aren't just not going to cover this week, they're going to lose outright.
There may be fans who are buying into the "Suck for Luck" race, but struggling teams are starving for a win. Coaches with their jobs on the line aren't thinking about April, they're trying to make sure they are employed next season, as are the players.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Let's take a look at underdogs who will come away with a victory this week.
The Saints are coming off an embarrassing loss to the Rams. Just as we saw that winning in epic fashion doesn't guarantee victory the following week, neither does being embarrassed by a loss. Even so, the Bucs took down the Saints last time around and the Saints are still licking their wounds after last week.
New Orleans gives up just shy of 125 rushing YPG. Earnest Graham took it to the Saints with LeGarrette Blount out, racking up 109 yards on the ground. Blount makes his comeback this week and you can expect him to shred the Saints en route to a victory.
The Saints may think they are Super Bowl contenders, but they've been completely out of sorts since Sean Payton went down the last time these two teams met. The Bucs smell blood in the water. This game is theirs for the taking.
How long is it going to take for people to start giving the Bengals credit? Sure they've had a soft schedule to kick off this season, but going 5-2 thus far despite starting a rookie quarterback, dealing with Cedric Benson's suspension and their best offensive weapon being rookie A.J. Green is still impressive.
They've come away with flying colors and they also happen to have a top 5 defense. Tennessee ranks in the bottom half of the league in pass and run defense. They are the worst team in the league on the ground and no running back has less YPC in the NFL than Chris Johnson.
The Titans aren't scaring anyone on either side of the ball. They have no identity and for some reason one big win over Baltimore still lingers in the minds of many, though Tennessee was blown away in two of their last three games, beating only the Colts in that span.
St. Louis Rams
Aside from the Colts, the Cardinals are the worst team in the NFL. To make matters worse, Kevin Kolb is doubtful this week. This matchup will prove that the Cardinals remain the worst team in the worst division in football.
The Rams shocked the Saints last week without Sam Bradford on the field. Bradford is still questionable, but even if he doesn't play, the Rams will still take down the lackluster Cardinals.
Beanie Wells is still banged up with his knee injury and the Cardinals won't be able to expose the Rams in the same fashion that Steven Jackson will be able to torch the Cardinals. On top of that, Chris Long is playing like a man possessed, racking up three sacks in last week's game alone. Given that the Cardinals have allowed 24 sacks this season, that won't bode well Arizona, especially if it's John Skelton dropping back.
It will be interesting to see what the Cardinals do if the Colts pass on Andrew Luck and they have to choose between the career backup they fed a huge contract to or the most promising college prospect in the last 25 years.
