NFL Week 9 Predictions: 3 WRs Sure to Gather 100+ Receiving Yards
It's becoming a less-appreciated milestone these days when a WR goes for over 100 receiving yards, because all NFL offenses do is throw the ball.
Hence, the odds become astronomically increased, but then again, it should not go under-appreciated since so many more receivers are earning targets as well.
Nonetheless, here are three WRs who are sure to compile over 100 receiving yards in Week 9.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Larry Fitzgerald, Cardinals (vs Rams)
This game is going to become Larry Fitzgerald vs the Rams, not Arizona vs St. Louis. Fitz is by far the best player stepping on the field in this game and all Kevin Kolb has to do is toss it up.
St. Louis may have bamboozled New Orleans this past week, but then again, even Drew Brees doesn't have a WR like Larry Arizona (non-trending nickname but I like how it rolls off the tongue).
So, anticipate Fitzgerald not only accounting for most of the Cards' yards, but getting Arizona win number two. No one in the St. Louis secondary can leap with him and isn't nearly as strong. His Venus flytrap hands will snag anything around him in this game.
Roddy White, Falcons (at Colts)
Regardless of whether rookie WR Julio Jones suits up this week won't have any ill-affect on Roddy White's production.
For one, the Colts allow an average of almost 260 pass yards per game (ranks them No. 22) and Matt Ryan also has TE Tony Gonzalez to target, which will attract attention away from White on occasion. Also, with a solid ground game to setup the pass, White will be targeted a few times down field.
In any event, Roddy slices the Indy pass defense for over 100 yards and the Falcons get another sound road victory.
Greg Jennings, Packers (at Chargers)
The Chargers may have one of the better pass defenses in the game right now, but thanks to a lacking rush defense, there's no reason to really throw against them in the first place.
However, airing it out is Green Bay's forte and WR Greg Jennings is Aaron Rodgers' favorite target. San Diego has yet to face an offense quite as explosive as the Packers (yes, they're better than the Pats'), so don't expect anything less than dominating.
In addition, the cheese are coming off a bye-week so they'll be even more prepared to attack the Bolts' solid secondary led by safety Eric Weddle and CB Quentin Jammer. Jennings goes over 100, but thanks to an established ground game early on, he doesn't get it until late in the game.
