Fantasy Football Rankings Week 8: DeSean Jackson and More Must-Start WRs
The matchups appear to have aligned for some serious fantasy numbers in the passing game in Week 8. Expect this trio of wideouts to put up some serious stats:
DeSean Jackson, Philadelphia
DeSean Jackson had 1,056 receiving yards last year, and 210 of them came against the Cowboys. Jackson averaged more than 50 yards a catch against Dallas in 2010.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Cowboys secondary is still vulnerable to the deep ball, and Jackson will be testing them all day. Even if he only touches the ball a couple of times, a long TD is a very likely outcome here.
Nate Washington, Tennessee
Matt Hasselbeck and the Titans passing game have outplayed expectations for much of the season, and Nate Washington has been the biggest fantasy weapon in the bunch. With the woeful Indianapolis Colts next on Tennessee’s schedule, Washington should continue racking up points.
Tennessee’s offense certainly isn’t on a par with New Orleans’, but after the Colts surrendered 62 points last week they’re not likely to come back strong against the Titans. Washington should be the beneficiary of the Colts’ weakness against the deep ball this time around.
Steve Smith, Carolina
Cam Newton’s top WR is rarely a bad pick, and this week’s matchup with Minnesota is no exception. The injury-plagued Vikings secondary might be even worse right now than their No. 29 ranking against the pass for the season.
With Minnesota throttling opposing running games to the tune of the fourth-fewest yards in the league, they’ll get a steady diet of Newton, and Smith, on Sunday. A big-play TD or two wouldn’t come as any surprise in this one.
