NFL Picks Week 6: Tampa Bay Buccaneers and More Home Teams That Will Fall
Of the 13 teams at home this week, only three have losing records. All three of those teams (Jets, Bears, Falcons) made the playoffs last season.
While I do have all three of them on strong upset alert, I do think that two of them will prevail. As a general rule, I like most of the home teams this week.
Still, in addition to one of those teams with losing records, I have two other home teams with winning records losing this week. So, without further ado, let's take a look at some teams that will have the home fans leaving disappointed.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Atlanta Falcons
I started this week thinking that the Falcons were going to win this game. Honestly, it's still relatively close and I wouldn't be at all surprised if the Falcons did win, but I am jumping on the Panthers' bandwagon.
In a dome, I really like the Panthers' offense to outscore the Falcons. I do think that Michael Turner will have a nice afternoon, I am not liking the Falcons' chances without Julio Jones.
The Falcons really need a win here, but Carolina is scary. They are a team that I think will start knocking out some potential playoff teams at some point. There is no better time to start than this weekend.
New York Giants
Their home loss to the Seahawks really got me off of the New York bandwagon. I am still not sure that Seattle is any good, and I know they are much worse away from Seattle. The reason they won was that the Giants turned the ball over too much.
Now, they are facing a ball hawking defense that has scored a defensive touchdown in three consecutive weeks. The Giants also have a depleted secondary, while the Bills' attack is relatively prolific.
While I do think the Giants will put some points of their own up, I like the Bills to win a shootout here.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
I have yet to figure out how the Buccaneers' secondary that just got torched by Alex Smith is going to do anything significant against Drew Brees.
Tampa Bay's best chance in this game is to keep the ball in Josh Freeman's hands, thereby keeping Drew Brees on the sideline.
With LaGarrette Blount likely being out, or used very sparingly if he plays, I don't see that happening either.
The Saints just have too many weapons in this one. Brees is one of the game's best quarterbacks, and he has a ton of weapons. Tampa Bay may do better offensively than they did last week (hard to do any worse), but their defense will struggle again.
