NFL Rumors: Andy Reid and 3 coaches on the hot seat in Week 6
As with every season in the NFL, the 2011 season has its handful of coaches that are burning under the spotlight through five weeks of football.
Franchises that want turn-around seasons will fail to see signs of improvement, or more commonly, teams who were once atop the league are failing to meet expectations and are looking like they will be a team on the outside looking in come playoff time.
The Philadelphia Eagles are one of those teams, as the Vince Young declared "Dream Team," is already 1-4 on the season and could potentially lose their fifth-consecutive game Sunday against the Washington Redskins.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Heck of a "Dream Team," wouldn't you agree?
As teams have been failing to produce early in the season, inevitably coaches will get a majority of the blame. There are already rumors spreading about the league and the different coaches entering what is most commonly known as the hot seat.
Although they say it's not always a coaches fault, it is also a well-known fact that a head coach and a starting quarterback are significantly easier changes to make than to change around a starting 11 on either side of the football.
Andy Reid and these three coaches have been rumored to possibly be fighting for wins to keep their jobs.
3. Andy Reid, Philadelphia Eagles
According to various sources, including a Philly.com piece, the veteran head coach may well be looking at his last season as the Philadelphia Eagles coach.
Unlike any season in his tenure, Reid has seemed to have some of the most talent he has ever had, and yet it may well end up being one of his worst starts to a season in his history as a head coach.
If the Eagles go on to lose their fifth game in a row, putting them at 1-5 on the season, don't be surprised if the Eagles organization begins to contemplate firing Andy Reid. The talks have already began in the media, and are certainly in the minds of the Eagles organization.
2. Jack Del Rio, Jacksonville Jaguars
Although the talks have been minimal and the Jaguars ownership seems to have utmost faith in Jack Del Rio, he has certainly struggled to get much winning football out of his Jaguars this season.
According to Profootballweekly.com, there is a possibility that Del Rio's job may well be on the line. The Week 6 contest will not be the deciding factor by any means, as ownership has made clear they will stick with Del Rio for the time being.
A 1-4 start to the season that has featured four-consecutive losses certainly doesn't favor his chances to keep the job, as one of the biggest problems with this team has been offensive production and more specifically, consistency at the quarterback position.
As mentioned in the Pro Football Weekly update, quarterback Blaine Gabbert could be the one lifeline that Del Rio has. He is a talented quarterback that Del Rio hopes is capable of getting his team over the hump and helping turn this team's season around.
1. Steve Spagnuolo, St. Louis Rams
The guy has had his fair share of unfortunate setbacks with injuries, and simply put a team failing to meet expectations on the football field. Regardless, it is safe to say that Spagnuolo is on the hot seat this season.
The Rams are 0-4 on the season and have scored a league-worst 11.5 points per game. They have played poorly in nearly every asset of the game, and seem to have a lack of identity as a team.
The road does not get much easier for these Rams, as they come out of the bye week with games at Green Bay and at Dallas in Weeks 6 and 7. The key for these Rams will be to put up points behind the play of Bradford and a returning, healthy Stephen Jackson, while also picking up the defensive effort and forcing the Packers to run the football.
That being said, with a potential 0-6 start looming over this Rams team, there is no question this spotlight will only continue to intensify on head coach Spagnuolo.
