NFL Picks Week 6: Eagles vs. Redskins and 3 Games You Should Bet the Bank On
If you are a person who likes to play the casual bet, here are three games you should probably pay a little more attention to for Week 6 action in the NFL.
They are likely to make you a little bit richer.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
It appears that odds-makers will never learn. They made the Eagles a three-point favorite on the road last week against Buffalo and now they've done it again.
The Redskins are 3-1 (2-0 at home), fresh off a bye week and have a blitzing defense that will really bother Mike Vick and Philadelphia. Yet, somehow, they are getting two points in this one.
Take Washington and keep hoping the 1-4 Eagles continue to be favored as the road team in weeks ahead.
Atlanta Falcons (-4) vs. Carolina Panthers
Matt Ryan and the Falcons have looked like the team most affected by the lack of training camp as they have stumbled out of the gate to an ugly 2-3 start.
Color me optimistic, but I think this is the week everything clicks. They finally get to face a defense that won't pressure them as Carolina has recorded just eight sacks on the season. When Matt Ryan has time to throw the ball (unlike Sunday night against the Packers), he can carve up defenses.
I don't see the injury to Julio Jones being a major blow to Atlanta. They still have plenty of weapons with Roddy White, Tony Gonzalez and Michael Turner (Carolina is giving up 4.9 yards per carry, so yes, even Turner is a weapon in this one).
On the other side of the ball, Atlanta's defense has looked suspect but if they decide to drop back in coverage instead of blitz like they did against Aaron Rodgers, they should be able to slow Cam Newton down considerably.
The Panthers will still move the ball, but I'm confident Atlanta can win by at least a touchdown here at home.
Baltimore Ravens (-8) vs. Houston Texans
Without Andre Johnson, Matt Schaub just isn't the same quarterback. In all fairness, most guys wouldn't be. But right now, Arian Foster is this offense and it's going to be extremely tough for him to get going on the road against a Ravens defense that is allowing a minuscule 3.2 yards per carry.
Now add in the fact that Baltimore has won their two home games this year by a combined 45 points. And those are against the Steelers and the Jets. They haven't exactly been feeding off the bottom of the league.
Don't forget Pro Bowl defensive end/linebacker Mario Williams is also out for the Texans, so they can forget about getting a ton of pressure on Joe Flacco. This one spells trouble all around for Houston.
