Terrelle Pryor: Al Davis' Final Draft Pick Will Aid Oakland Raiders This Season
Terrelle Pryor is done serving his suspension this week and is on the Oakland Raiders’ practice field.
According to Vittorio Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle, the team has until Monday to activate him to the 53-man roster, and it is widely expected they will make that happen this week.
Tafur believes that he will take Manase Tonga’s spot on the roster, who was just called up from the practice squad this week and has yet to contribute anything.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Pryor is obviously much more valuable than a practice-squad fullback for the team, as he has the ability to someday be the future QB of this team and at least a contributor this season in special packages.
As of right now, he will be the No. 3 QB on the roster behind Jason Campbell and Kyle Boller, but Pryor will have the opportunity to learn the offense without any pressure on him and get comfortable.
He is definitely a project for the Silver and Black, but I can see him being used like Tim Tebow was in his rookie year eventually.
Getting a few snaps here and there and predominantly rushing or making option throws would be good for Pryor. It would help his comfort level on the field during meaningful action.
You have to remember that Pryor was drafted in the supplemental draft, but it was during the third round and he will be expected to contribute to the Raiders since they are giving up a third-rounder in next year's draft.
Don’t expect him to see any playing time or snaps in the first few weeks after he joins the team, but if the Raiders are out of the playoff picture later in the season, I fully expect him to start contributing.
You also never know when an injury or two could vault him into extended playing time. It will be interesting to see what happens to Pryor from here.
