NFL Picks Week 5: Titans vs. Steelers and 3 Games Sure to Hit the Over
The NFL has seen an amazing amount of high-scoring games so far this season and as a result over/under lines are steadily increasing.
That still shouldn't scare bettors away. Here are three games sure to hit the "over" in Week 5 action.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
This isn't the same Steelers defense of the last decade. They've had trouble on the line and now pass-rushing master James Harrison is out due to a face injury (technically it's a fracture to the right orbital eye socket, but face injury is more fun to say).
Matt Hasselbeck will have plenty of time to throw, and when he isn't pressured he can pick apart defenses—even with Nate Washington as his No. 1 receiver.
That should open things for Chris Johnson who showed signs of life last week against the Browns.
The Steelers offense has been pretty anemic this year and it won't help to go up against a Titans defense ranked first in points allowed, but I think they keep it close at home. Titans win this one, 24-20.
New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers (51.5)
Listen, the Carolina Panthers defense isn't stopping anybody, let alone Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints.
The Panthers are second worst in the NFL in defending the pass, giving up eight yards per attempt. They aren't very good against the run, either, although that is a bit skewed due to Matt Forte's huge day in Week 4.
Nonetheless, Drew Brees should hit 400 yards with ease in this one. The Saints' floor has to be at around 30.
But it doesn't stop the there. Cam Newton and the Panthers have been very good at...staying close in games. The Saints secondary is beatable and Carolina will again have to throw the ball 40-plus times.
This one's going to be a shootout. It will go way over.
Green Bay Packers at Atlanta Falcons (53)
This is a bit high for an over/under, but this one should turn into a shootout as well.
The Packers are averaging 37 points a game on this young season and the Falcons just gave up over 300 yards to Tarvaris Jackson. Yeah, Tarvaris Jackson.
Simple math tells me that Aaron Rodgers should throw for approximately 700 yards in this one.
Over on the other side of the ball, however, the Packers defense is a shadow of what it was last year. The Pack are giving up 6.5 yards per play which is third worst in the NFL.
The Falcons haven't been scared to throw the ball, and should keep this one competitive enough for the score to keep rising. Both teams should hit the 30s.
