NFL Picks Week 5: Philadelphia Eagles and 3 Teams Facing Must-Win Games
Make no mistake about it, every game is a must-win game in the NFL until you have officially locked a playoff spot.
That said, yes, it does hold more true for some teams than others.
With that in mind, here are three teams that need a W more than anyone else in Week 5.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
New York Jets (at Patriots)
Although the Jets bested the Pats twice last season, after Week 4 it's clear as to who is the better team—New England.
However, New York does always play some of their better football against Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, but after the abysmal Sunday night game in Baltimore, things aren't looking too promising for the Jets.
They're weak in both pass and rush offense, and the rush defense is severely lacking compared to past seasons.
The Jets needs a win big time, especially with Buffalo on the rise, but the Pats prevail at home.
Patriots 31, Jets 16
Philadelphia Eagles (at Bills)
After the Bills lost a road game in Cincinnati, Buffalo is definitely vulnerable in Week 5 against the Eagles.
Philly needs a win more than ever right now, and being 1-3 in what appears to be the most evenly-competitive division does give them hope.
Buffalo has a defense which QB Mike Vick can exploit, but the question is whether he can keep pace with Buffalo's Ryan Fitzpatrick, while Philly's defense must finally step up for a full game.
The gut-punch loss at home to San Fran was disheartening, but with a fourth-straight loss the Eagles may not even come close to contending for the playoffs.
Eagles win as they need it more than Buffalo, plus Philly plays as if they have nothing to lose with all the cynics against them.
Eagles 26, Bills 21
Chicago Bears (at Lions)
Last week the Bears got a desperate victory over the Carolina Panthers and are now 2-2.
The Lions, however, are 4-0 with three of those wins coming on the road.
Detroit is clearly the better team, and QB Jay Cutler has yet to really find himself in offensive coordinator Mike Martz's West Coast movement.
It's the second divisional game for both teams, but Chicago is 0-1 (Packers) while Detroit is 1-0 (Vikings).
The Windy City needs another desperate win, but The Motor City is back on the rise and stays there for a while.
Lions 35, Bears 20
