For the following four franchises, it's unfortunate, but they're going to remain at the bottom of the NFL food chain for the immediate future.
All have tough games in Week 4, and all are expected to drop the ball once again.

Miami Dolphins
Head coach Tony Sparano has been in the hot-seat for quite some time now, and one more loss may be the final straw.
That said, Miami lost to a Peyton Hillis-less Cleveland team in Week 3, and now travel to San Diego in Week 4.
They're a team quickly losing confidence, and change is needed. Otherwise, the Dolphins are going to be in the AFC East's backseat for quite some time.
Kansas City Chiefs
With so much potential and expectations for the 2011 season, the Kansas City Chiefs have been hit by the injury bug as bad as anyone.
Safety Eric Berry goes out in Week 1, RB Jamaal Charles goes out in Week 2 and DB Brandon Flowers injured in ankle in Week 3, so he won't be 100 percent this week despite suiting up.
Three of their best players injured in as many weeks is tough to overcome, so the Chiefs better start preparing for 2012, because 2011 is already over.
Indianapolis Colts
Despite the loss of Peyton Manning, the Indianapolis Colts showed valiant effort against Pittsburgh last Sunday. Although you can expect that level of effort to continue, mainly because Indy has nothing to lose in the first place, it's still going to be difficult winning games against a tough schedule.
The Colts prove to be a formidable opponent in each game remaining, but they'll be fortunate to win three games with their current state of injuries and lack of experience at the QB position.
Cincinnati Bengals
After winning the AFC North in 2009, the Cincinnati Bengals quickly went back to being the Bungals midway through the 2010 season, which has carried over into 2011.
The offense is virtually completely revamped, and although the defense is solid, they're not good enough to win more than two games.
Add in their off-the-field issues with one or two more consecutive losses, and head coach Marvin Lewis may see the door. However, it would be a good thing, because a fresh start with new faces on offense needs to coincide with the like at the head coach position.
