Fantasy Football Week 4 Rankings: 3 Waiver-Wire Players That Will Rise
If the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions can win consistently, anything is possible. I am asking that you take a leap of faith in Week 4 as some players rise to the surface of NFL stardom.
It is time to look at the waiver wire and find the next Victor Cruz, that middling player that will step up big time because his teams demands it.
While some teams suffer at various positions, mandating they take a chance on role players, you the fantasy owner gets to benefit.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
As we enter the critical time wherein you make roster decisions ahead of Sunday, you will find that you need a boost here or there. That is where these dudes come in. Sit back, relax and look like a genius to the other managers.
1. Torrey Smith
The Baltimore Ravens have been looking for that guy that can mow down cornerbacks and get vertical. That guy was supposed to be the injured Lee Evans.
Evans health concerns have given Smith a chance to shine, and shine he did. On Sunday he grabbed 34 fantasy points. With Evans still very much banged up, you can bet he will be a target for Joe Flacco. Owned in 52 percent of Y! Leagues
2. David Nelson
It seems that a good portion of owners had a wait and see approach on Nelson. The number of leagues that have an owner in the know is rising.
The time is now to jump on the receiver that continues to rise in fantasy rankings. He has had 60-plus yards in each of the Bills' first three games. Ryan Fitzpatrick is getting awfully comfortable with the 6'5" receiver. Nelson is owned in 54 percent of Y! Leagues
3. Kendall Hunter
Frank Gore was banged up last weekend and is still in doubt to play Sunday. One of the surprise stars on Sunday will be Hunter if Gore misses anymore time.
Even if Gore plays, Hunter's play in the second half of the Bengals game should get him a good amount of the touches as the Niners rest Gore. Hunter is owned in 17 percent of Y! Leagues.
