Tim Tebow: Is Broncos Coach John Fox Punishing QB to Denver's Detriment?
Tim Tebow has made no offensive impact for the Denver Broncos in the 2011 NFL season.
No statistics.
But really, he hasn't been given a chance.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
He entered Denver's game against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 2 as a wide receiver but was used as a blocker on what turned out to be a run play that yielded negative yards.
Against the Titans, in a critical, fourth-quarter goal-line situation, John Fox kept Tim Tebow on the sideline and Denver couldn't push the ball into the end zone and ultimately turned the ball over on downs and lost by a field goal.
The reason Tebow isn't playing quarterback now is because of his apparent inability to be successful as a passer.
Fine.
But what's the harm in bringing in a 235-pound quarterback for at least one rush at the goal line?
I guess Fox thought rushing the ball on five of six plays with Willis McGahee once they got the ball inside the 13-yard line was a better option.
Remember, Tebow did have six rushing touchdowns last season.
Now, I'm not saying Fox should put Tebow in the game to please the fans and media, but this was a time when the second-year quarterback legitimately could have helped the team.
However, if there is any time he should get Tebow into the game right now with good reason, it's at the goal line.
He brings a creative dimension to the red zone offense because of the chance he could throw the football.
Somewhat reeling at this point, it's time Fox brings Tebow into the game on a few occasions to give the offense a little spark, a little change of pace.
I won't go as far to say he should be the starting signal caller, but I will point out that Kyle Orton has lost 19 of his last 25 starts.
Just sayin'.
