Kenny Britt Injury: Titan WR's All-Pro Season Derailed by Knee Injury
Albert Breer has reported via Twitter that the initial prognosis for the injury that Kenny Britt suffered on Sunday isn’t looking positive.
Breer tweeted: “The Titans believe that Kenny Britt tore right MCL, possibly ACL. He'll have an MRI tomorrow. Prognosis, according to source, ‘not good.’”
This is terrible news for Titans fans, as Britt was on his way to a career year and one that would have certainly landed him on the All-Pro and Pro Bowl teams had he kept his production up.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Britt opened the first two games of the season by grabbing 14 receptions for 271 yards and three touchdowns.
Yahoo! Sports is reporting that the injury occurred during the second quarter.
“Britt was hit shortly by Broncos defensive back Cassius Vaughn after making a second-quarter reception, and fumbled the football while rolling over in pain. Britt had to be assisted off the field and then was carted to the locker room.”
He had three receptions for 18 yards before leaving the game. Britt was dealing with a hamstring injury that may have been slowing him down before the major knee injury occurred.
Britt was part of the resurgent Titans passing game that was running on all cylinders and helped the team to a victory over the Baltimore Ravens. The team still won without Britt on Sunday, but they are significantly less potent without him.
Chris Johnson is playing like absolute garbage since he signed a mega-contract in the offseason that made him the highest paid player on the team.
Matt Hasselbeck is going to miss his favorite target in the offense, and Britt is going to have a hard time returning to his elite form. He may miss the entire season, but if the diagnosis is just an MCL tear, a late-season return is possible.
It’s a shame for a guy who finally put it together on the field for a team that has been so stagnant in the vertical game the past few years.
