UFC 135 Fight Card: Who Is Fighting For Their Job?
As you may have heard, the light heavyweight title is on the line tonight at UFC 135 when champ Jon Jones defends his title against Quinton "Rampage" Jackson.
But it's entirely possible that a few jobs are on the line as well. For these five fighters, it's probably win or go home. Well, maybe they don't have to go home, but they might very well have to get the hell up out of the Octagon.

5. Takanori Gomi
1 of 5A loser in two of his three UFC fights, Gomi, though a legendary lightweight and former champion in his native Japan, may no longer have what it takes to compete at the highest levels. His name recognition, however, might mean he has a longer leash than others.
4. Cole Escovedo
2 of 5If Escovedo loses tonight to Takeya Mizugazi, the WEC's inaugural featherweight champion will be 0-2 in the Octagon and a loser of four of his last five.
3. James Te Huna
3 of 5The Australian is 1-1 in the UFC and could be considered expendable in the UFC's deep light heavyweight division if he drops his second in a row when he fights Ricardo Romero tonight.
2. Ricardo Romero
4 of 5See previous slide and reverse the names, but to put a finer point on it, Romero may be on even thinner ice than Te Huna.
Romero is also 1-1 in the UFC, but his win came over fighter in Seth Petruzelli, who is no longer with the promotion. His last fight was a 20-second demolition loss to Kyle Kingsbury. Neither of those is exactly the world's strongest recommendation for Romero.
1. Mark Hunt
5 of 5The hard-hitting Hunt is a popular personality. But the fact remains that a loss tonight would be his eighth defeat in his last nine fights. It would also lower his overall record to 6-8 and his UFC record to 1-2.
And at 37 years old, it might be hard to see how Hunt is in a position to get markedly better than he is today.
