The Miami Dolphins: The Wonder of 1
For dedicated Dolphin fans out there, the number one carried all too much significance this season.
The "one" carrying the most pain and turmoil is the number of games in which the game concluded with the Dolphins having put more points on the board than their opponents.
This "one" led to the demise of the franchise as we knew it. The coach and GM got the boot and the front office received a first-class face lift.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The jury is still out on how Bill Parcells will affect this organization, but at least give Wayne Huzienga a little credit for showing he wants it bad by landing a big name like Parcells.
The other "one" is much more perplexing and even satisfying. This signifies the first pick in the draft.
More times than not, if you win "one" game, you will obtain pick number "one." The biggest question now regards the fate of that pick. To trade or not to trade?
Suppose Parcells and his newly-implemented GM fail to receive adequate offers to trade that pick. If you are the GM, would you take the dominant defensive tackle, Glenn Dorsey out of LSU, who now has an injury history?
Recent speculation indicates that Parcells and company lack faith in John Beck as the franchise savior. Thus, is Matt Ryan the best option?
Or do you take Darren McFadden, the top player on most organization's boards, because of workhorse Ronnie Brown coming off season-ending knee surgery?
Ah, the lovely number one. It has surrounded Dolphin fans all season, and shows no signs of going anywhere until the first pick in the draft is completed.
Quite frankly, be prepared for another long season.
