NAIA Continues to Promote with Hands-on Realism
The NAIA “Game on” program “tells the story of the NAIA through a variety of communications tools. The campaign brings together the facts of who the NAIA is, both today and yesterday, and tells the story through our student-athletes. It’s not just about the history of the NAIA, but about how our students, members and conferences feel about the organization and what makes it unique. There is a confidence present in the stories of our student-athletes and their love of the game. The NAIA helps keep student-athlete dreams alive and within reach.” (Courtesy of the NAIA Marketing Resource Center.)
If that doesn’t tell you something about the character of this organization, I don’t know what does!
In a previous insider, I focused on the NAIA using social media and their “Game on” initiative to support their students, their athletes and their programs. What better way to promote your brand than by creating a video and posting it for the world to see? What better way to promote your brand than to place 11 different media options—YouTube, Ad Slicks, PA Announcements, Boilerplates for ad releases, marketing best practice section—to get your point across?
Now, if that wasn’t good enough, NAIA President and CEO Jim Carr is commenting firsthand about his thoughts and expressing his comments on the PLAYNAIA blog.
What makes this add-on even more fulfilling for fans is the category section:
Champions of Character
I Play NAIA
I Played NAIA
I Will Play NAIA
NAIA Division I Men's Basketball
NAIA Eligibility Center Questions
NAIA Happenings
NAIA in the Headlines
NAIA National Championships
NAIA Quick Tip
NAIA School Experience
NAIA Top Ten
Playing NAIA Sports
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Uncategorized
Each category is self-explanatory and can answer almost any question you have, will enlighten you on the happenings in the NAIA and will solidify the reputation of the NAIA as being first class, with current and former player’s conversing about their own experiences.
College sports may take some to the next level, but it also provides “the student” with the necessary skills and attributes to succeed once the cheers have subsided.
To become a Champion of Character, you have come to the right place.
