Chinese Grand Prix in Review: The Drivers' Days in One Sentence
Let's face it, The Chinese Grand Prix was not the exciting event many thought it would be, particularly with Ferrari unable to respond to the pace of Lewis Hamilton's McLaren.
The result now means that Felipe Massa will be hard pushed to win the World Title at his home Grand Prix in Brazil.
Robert Kubica's chances have now disappeared, thanks mainly to a poor qualifying session, and Ferrari take a healthy lead in the Constructors' Championship, so it isn't all doom and gloom for the Italians.
Lewis Hamilton: He didn't make any mistakes, was dominant throughout the race weekend, and is rewarded with a seven point lead going into Brazil.
Felipe Massa: he never looked like challenging Hamilton, or even Kimi for that matter, until he was allowed through.
Kimi Raikkonen: He was closer to Hamilton's pace than Massa, but ultimately had to give up his position anyway.
Fernando Alonso: Another solid race for him and he did well to hold back Kovalainen at the start.
Nick Heidfeld: He drove consistently and made up for his qualifying penalty with four points.
Robert Kubica: After an uncharacteristically bad qualifying, he managed to salvage a few points, although ending any championship hopes.
Timo Glock: He made the one stop strategy work, and came out of the race with a couple of points.
Nelson Piquet: Another point scoring race for the Brazilian, but will it be enough to save his race seat for 2009?
Sebastian Vettel: Didn't really feature in the race and was disappointed not to score after starting in sixth.
David Coulthard: He was another driver who made very little impression in the race and will be wanting some points in the last race of his career next time out.
Rubens Barrichello: He had a good start and managed to stay in roughly the same position throughout the race.
Kaz Nakajima: Aside from beat his teammate, he didn't do much.
Sebastien Bourdais: He wasted a good starting position by driving into Trulli at the first corner.
Mark Webber: He went very well at the start with little fuel in the car and might have been able to score if it wasn't for the engine penalty.
Nico Rosberg: A disappointing race for him, with no impression made.
Jenson Button: Another useless race for the former British No. 1; he was completely outperformed by his teammate.
Giancarlo Fisichella: He managed to get in everyone's way before finishing last.
Heikki Kovalainen: Brake problems, losing a place to Alonso, a puncture dropping him to the back, eventually retiring with a handful of laps left: Happy birthday, Heikki!
Adrian Sutil:He didn't feature at all, before pulling off the track early on.
Jarno Trulli: He was hit by Bourdais and was forced to retire after a couple of laps.
