LeBron James: LBJ Seems To Have Fired Back at Cavaliers Owner Dan Gilbert

Frank FittipaldiJan 12, 2011

The Miami Heat star has responded to his former team's owner Dan Gilbert.

Dan Gilbert's Cleveland Cavaliers are suffering from a miserable season and LeBron James has just made things a little worse.

After the Cavs suffered a brutal 55-point loss on Tuesday night to the Los Angeles Lakers, James took it upon himself to express his feelings on Twitter.

James tweeted that karma will get you every time and that it is not good to wish bad on anybody. James' tweet also stated, "God sees everything!"

After LeBron James decided to leave Cleveland to join the Miami Heat, Gilbert wrote a letter questioning James' character and that he would Cleveland's curse with him down south and that he would also experience bad karma.

James' has stated that his tweet was nothing towards the team, but that may be hard to believe because of how much it relates to Gilbert's letter.

Now, well into the 2010-2011 season, LeBron James and the Miami Heat are 30-9 while the Cleveland Cavaliers are 8-30.

After a disappointing start to the season, the Heat have finally gotten things together and are living up to the hype they were receiving prior to the season.

The Heat and Cavaliers met on December 2nd in which the Heat crushed the Cavs 118-90. Since that game, the Heat are 19-1 and the Cavs are 1-20.

Although James' tweet implies that their may be bitterness towards Gilbert, James has stated that is not the case.

"I've moved on and hopefully that organization is continuing to move on, but I'm happy where I am as a Miami Heat player."
