
USA Soccer: What Youngsters Are Next To Earn Their First Appearance?
With the success that younsters Juan Agudelo, Teal Bunbury, Eric Lichaj and Mikkel Diskerud and Tim Ream had for the United States Men's National Team against South Africa, it showed that the future of American soccer is bright.
Some young players did not get the opportunity to make the roster this time around, but as a American fan, you might want to get familiar with these faces.
Danny Mwanga

The top pick by the Philadelphia Union in the MLS SuperDraft last season, the Congo-born forward has said he would play for the U.S. if given the opportunity.
Mwanga finished the 2010 Major League Soccer season with seven goals in 25 games for the Union in their debut season.
Tristan Bowen

The 19-year old LA Galaxy forward has received a call up three times to the USA youth teams and should receive a call to play in the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Bowen has been overshadowed by the numerous talented scorers on the Galaxy roster, but look for Bowen to have a breakout 2011 season and make Bob Bradley call him up to the national side.
Cody Cropper

Cropper, 17, signed with Ipswich Town of the English Championship during the summer transfer window. He could be the goalkeeper of the future.
Listed at 6'4" 215 pounds, the Minnesota native is playing with the reserve squad for Ipswich Town.
Cesar Zamora

After spending time in the Chivas USA Developmental System, the 19-year old California native was signed by Chivas USA in 2009 and made his debut in a SuperLiga match in the same year.
Zamora will look to be a main contributor to Chivas' midfield next season.
Amobi Okugo

Okugo, part of the youth contingent on the Philadelphia Union roster and has been a mainstay on U.S. youth rosters for a while.
Now a member of the U-20 team, the midfielder is set to break through into the national team within the next year or two.
