New England Patriots Week 3: Hernandez Shines, Defense Struggles
It doesn't matter how many points you give up, as long as you end up scoring more, and it translates into a win. For the New England Patriots, a win is just a win, even if it's against Buffalo.
The Patriots took care of Buffalo on Sunday 38-30. The offense was impressive while the defense was just questionable.
When you look at 30 points, you should be in shock. This is the Buffalo Bills who put up 30 points, the Bills, one of the worst offensive teams in the past couple seasons. Although, seven of the 30 came off of a C.J. Spiller kick return, but still, 23 points is an issue.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
When you look at the Pats' offense, you can say it's amazing. Well, how greatly amazing their offense is, is how greatly sub-par their defense is.
The Pats,' for a second week in row, made a mediocre quarterback look like Peyton Manning. Mark Sanchez in Week two, and now in Week three, Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Fitzpatrick threw for 247 yards with two scores and completed 20 of his 28 attempts. This is from a quarterback who made his season debut on Sunday.
Lets face it, the Patriots have major problems on defense.
The defense is young, everyone can agree on that. But, that could possibly mean this unit needs time to develop and find it's "identity."
On offense, New England was flawless.
Brady tossed three touchdowns while racking up 252 yards with an amazing passer rating of 142.6.
New England's young tight end, Aaron Hernandez, had yet another impressive game.
Hernandez was New England's top receiver with six receptions for 65 yards. Hernandez also added one rush for 13 yards.
As the season progresses, you will see Hernandez becoming more of a staple in this teams' offense. With Kevin Faulk out, New England will utilize Hernandez' size and speed and find a role for him to replace Faulk's.
New England improves to 2-1 along with AFC East rivals Miami and New York.
