NFL Week 3 Picks: Stone Cold Locks Edition
Are you ready to take advantage of the book-makers and cash in on this football Sunday? Here are three picks that will make your Sunday that much more enjoyable:
Pick No. 1: Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens (-11)
The Ravens are angry. Very, very angry. After a gritty Week 1 victory against the New York Jets, the Ravens dropped the ball in Week 2 at Cincinnati. Fortunately for the Ravens, the bumbling Cleveland Browns, who are 0-2 following losses to the Buccaneers and Chiefs, come slumbering into M&T Bank Stadium. Cleveland linebacker and defensive leader D'Qwell Jackson is out for the season and starting running back Jerome Harrison is questionable for the contest.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Ravens dominated the Browns, 34-3, in Baltimore last season. Joe Flacco threw for 342 yards while the backfield combination of Willis McGahee and Ray Rice churned out 115 yards and three scores.
I haven't seen anything promising out of the Browns so far this season and I don't expect that to start this afternoon. Lay the points and take the birds at home.
The Pick: Baltimore Ravens -11
Pick No. 2: Dallas Cowboys (+3) at Houston Texans
This Texas-sized matchup is the second one on the docket. The Dallas Cowboys are absolutely desperate for a win. Dallas head coach Wade Phillips has been under fire all week for his team's lackluster play, namely the offensive line. Left tackle Doug Free has had a tough time so far this season and things won't become any easier when Mario Williams lines up across from him.
Expect the Texans to get wide receiver Andre Johnson involved early and often. Quarterback Matt Schaub threw for 497 yards last week in the team's overtime win at Washington, so the play of Dallas' secondary will be key.
The Texans are still without linebacker Brian Cushing, so expect the Cowboys to try to establish the run early.
In a year where the Super Bowl will be played in Dallas, the Cowboys starting the season off 0-3 is almost unthinkable. Desperate times call for desperate measures, so the Cowboys will squeak this one out in Houston.
The Pick: Dallas Cowboys +3
Pick No. 3: San Francisco 49ers at Kansas City Chiefs (+3)
Big-time money has been pouring in on San Francisco all week, but why should it? If we take away the team names, you'll notice that a road team, who is 0-2, is favored by three points against a home team, who is 2-0, and plays in one of the noisiest stadiums in the league. The San Diego Chargers learned during Week 1 that the Kansas City faithful are boisterous and that their special teams are electric.
San Francisco lost a very emotional Monday Night Football home game to the New Orleans Saints, so I'm expecting the loss to have a carry-over effect into this week. Take the home dog and watch the cash roll in.
The Pick: Kansas City Chiefs +3
Just to recap, I like the Ravens (-11), Cowboys (+3), and Chiefs (+3).
