Sussex sealed promotion as champions but second spot is still up for grabs in the latest round of Division Two fixtures.
Sussex have 231 points, winning eight, drawing five, and losing two with an innings and 19-run win at home to Northamptonshire.
Only David Murphy (47) provided any resistance as Northamptonshire batted first and were dismissed for 125. Yasir Arafat taking 4-43.
Sussex piled on 381, after an opening partnership of 228 between Chris Nash (169) and Michael Thornely (89), while Jack Brooks took 4-88.
The away side batted better second time around but were all out for 237, despite Mal Loye's 73, as Arafat again ran riot with 5-74.
Glamorgan have 197 points, winning seven, drawing four, and losing four after their draw with Surrey.
Surrey made 380 thanks to Rory Hamilton-Brown's 84-ball 96, while Dean Cosker took 4-48.
Glamorgan recovered from 204-8 to post 276 and gain what could be a valuable extra batting point as Jim Allenby top scored with 68 not out and Stuart Meaker claimed 5-97.
Surrey wobbled to 21-5, including the wicket of Kevin Pietersen for just one, before they steadied themselves to 206-7 to take the draw, as James Harris took 4-36.
Worcestershire have 188 points, winning six, drawing five, and losing four after a 111-run win away to Middlesex.
Moeen Ali top-scored with 66 in the away side's total of 313 as Toby Roland-Jones picked up 4-51.
Owais Shah (117) and Neil Dexter (97) helped Middlesex to 392, as Ali took best first-class figures of 5-36.
The away side made 256 thanks to Ali (81) and Gareth Andrew (73) despite Roland-Jones's 5-83.
Chasing 178 Middlesex imploded and collapsed to 66 in their final game of the season as Shakib Al-Hasan took a first-class best of 7-32.
Leicestershire have 176 points, winning six, drawing four, and losing five after they ended Gloucestershire's hopes of promotion with a 329-run win at home.
Leicestershire posted 295 thanks to Tom New's 63 while Jon Lewis took 4-42.
Hamish Marshall (61) was the only batsman to pass 29 in Gloucestershire's total of 159.
The home side pushed for victory, declaring at 351-4 with Greg Smith 158 not out.
Chasing an unlikely 488, Gloucestershire fell away to 158 with Marshall (45) again top-scoring as Nathan Buck took 3-25.
Gloucestershire have 169 points, winning six, drawing one, and losing eight after defeat to Leicestershire.
Northamptonshire have 164 points, winning six, drawing three, and losing six after defeat to Sussex.
Middlesex finish their campaign on 155 points, winning four, drawing five, and losing seven after defeat to Worcestershire.
Surrey are on 142 points, winning three, drawing six, and losing six after their draw with Glamorgan.
Derbyshire are bottom on 130 points, winning three, drawing five, and losing seven.
The final round of fixtures, September 13-16, sees second-placed Glamorgan, hoping to secure enough points for promotion, face Derbyshire, hoping to win to avoid finishing bottom.
Worcestershire face champions Sussex, while Leicestershire travel to Northamptonshire hoping to capitalise if Glamorgan slip up.
Gloucestershire host Surrey, as Surrey try to avoid finishing bottom of the second Division for the first time in their history.
